2026 Board Meeting Materials/Information
- April 8, 2026 – Association board meetings are open for all to attend – not just our Board members and partner agencies – and we hope many of you will join us at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Richmond to learn about your Association happenings and benefits. Registration for the meeting should be completed here by April 1, 2026 so VASWCD staff can plan accordingly for meals and materials. If you need lodging, accommodations are available at the Drury Hotel Reservations made before March 16 at guaranteed state rate. Reservations after this date will be subject to prevailing rates and availability. Reservations may be made by calling 1-800-325-0720 or here. - June 2026 – TBD – The Foundation and Association Meeting will be held virtually via zoom beginning at 9:00 am. A date is currently being finalized. The Foundation meeting will kick off at 9:00 followed by Association business. Registration for the zoom will be available once a date is finalized.
